Once you have disconnected the tube between the air filter and the turbocharger, you will be able to feel how much play there is in the rotor. Excessive wear and tear of the turbo is indicated if the radial play in the rotor is so large that the wheels rub against the housing. We advise you to replace the turbo immediately. If the play in the rotor is not excessive, we refer you to step 3.
